Course Overview
Enjoy some time-out for yourself in nature's power place Sparenmoos.
This yoga retreat is for you, if you are looking for a break from daily life, while spending time in a cozy ambience and remote nature.
Yoga combined with mindful breathing helps to embody yourself and hear your inner voice.
What awaits you
We will start the day with a morning meditation followed by a dynamic mindful yoga class to feel energized and present. During the day there will plenty of time just for yourself -
to hike, read, enjoy the sauna or just BE.
In the evening there will be a slow restorative yoga class to end the day.
After the yoga classes we will enjoy a delicious sustainable vegetarian buffet.

The seminar house DAO-Sparenmoos lies above Zweisimmen at 1600m. Surrounded by astonishing landscapes, rolling hills and mountain peaks, upland moors and breathtaking views. This place is perfect for taking a break and enjoying nature walks.

Reservation policy
The reservation is binding at the moment of booking.
After booking a downpayment of CHF 300.- is due.
The rest of the amount is to be paid at least 6 weeks before begin of the retreat.
In case of a cancellation before 30 days of arrival, the amount (after deduction of the downpayment) can be reimbursed. Thereafter the whole amount will be charged, unless the participants spot can be replaced.
Each participant is responsible for their own travel insurance.
